CENEX is an exam designed for students who wish to be exempt from the compulsory Yabancı Dil I and Yabancı Dil II courses at all Turkish-medium faculties and vocational schools affiliated with Osmaniye Korkut Ata University. |

How many? |
CENEX is conducted once at the beginning of each academic year. Each student can take this exam only once. |

Who? |

Is CENEX mandatory? |
Applying for or taking the exemption exam is not mandatory. Only students who wish to be exempt from Yabancı Dil I and Yabancı Dil II courses and apply for the exam can take it. |

Exam Scope and Content |
CENEX is designed to assess candidates’ reading (reading comprehension), grammar, and vocabulary skills, either separately or in an integrated manner.The exam consists of multiple-choice questions, including different question types such as reading comprehension, recognizing correct grammatical rules, filling in the blanks with appropriate words, and translation. The number of questions varies between 25 and 50. |

Success Criteria |
Students who score at least 50 points in the exam are considered successful. Those who fail the exam must take the Yabancı Dil I andYabancı Dil II courses. |
