Refectory Reservation
The “Club Promotion Days”, designed to encourage students to take an active role in social, cultural, and academic life, were held on October 21–22 at Karacaoğlan Campus.
Over the course of two days, student clubs introduced their areas of activity at designated booths, engaging with visitors and recruiting new members. Clubs representing a wide range of interests enriched the atmosphere with performances, workshops, and interactive activities, reflecting the diversity of student life at our university.
The Fine Arts Club attracted considerable attention during the event. Through interactive painting sessions and a clay workshop open to visitors, the club fostered artistic engagement among participants. The exhibition of original drawings and designs further enhanced the event’s creative and aesthetic ambiance.
Rector Prof. Dr. Turgay Uzun visited each booth, meeting with students to learn about their club activities. Commending their motivation and enthusiasm, he emphasized that university life extends beyond the classroom and that student clubs make a valuable contribution to personal development and the sense of belonging within the university community.
The two-day event concluded in a vibrant and artistic atmosphere, leaving a positive impression on all participants and underscoring the dynamic social life on campus.
