Our Mission:
Our University Personnel Department is an administrative organization established according to article 51 of the Law No. 2547 on the Management Organizations. Ensuring that all kinds of personal rights stipulated in the Law, Decree Law, Regulation, Directive and Legislation are fully and accurately implemented as soon as possible; We aim to ensure that personnel procedures such as appointment, personnel, health, leave, staff, and retirement are carried out in a timely and accurate manner and that the personal information is filed securely by respecting the confidentiality in their files.
While carrying out our duties, we are in a coordinated, fast, accurate, efficient, organized, harmonious and human-oriented approach with other academic and administrative units of our University.
