Cafeteria
Nutrition is the ingestion of nutrients necessary for growth, development and health. Adequate and balanced diet is the consumption of foods containing these elements in amounts determined and recommended by science for the development and protection of health. No food alone can replace the others and does not meet all the nutrients the body needs. Malnutrition and applying unhealthy diets given by non-experts affects health directly or indirectly in any period of life causing vitamin and mineral deficiencies and irreversible health problems, which can negatively affect your physical and mental health.
Experts working in our cafeteria are responsible for providing healthy and high quality food service and giving consultancy services to students and staff who want to have information about nutrition.
Menus are determined monthly by calculating the energy and macro nutrients that our students and staff should take in a meal which is sufficient and balanced for their health.
Our kitchen is cleaned after cooking, and the cafeterias are cleaned after the service.
