Dear Students,
The aim of our department is to educate human resources equipped with comprehensive knowledge and skills in the field of Political Science and Public Administration, who can utilize these competencies at local, national, and international levels. We seek to enhance our students’ ability to understand and interpret the transformations and changes taking place in Turkey and around the world; to deepen their comprehension, analysis, and critical evaluation of political events and administrative processes; to cultivate individuals who can think multidimensionally, make sound decisions, and communicate effectively; and to train innovative and research-oriented individuals who can conduct academic studies in accordance with scientific and ethical principles at both national and international levels and present these studies for the benefit of society.
Graduates of the Department of Political Science and Public Administration will have career opportunities in the fields of politics, social and administrative sciences, law, and environmental development. Our graduates can be employed in mid- and senior-level managerial positions in institutions such as the Ministry of Labor and Social Security, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Interior, various departments of local administrations, banks, media organizations, and similar institutions.
