Application Procedures

Welcome to Osmaniye Korkut Ata University – Erasmus+ 2025/2026

Dear Students,

We are delighted to receive your nomination to study at Osmaniye Korkut Ata University (OKÜ) as an Erasmus+ exchange student for the 2025–2026 academic year. Please find below a brief overview of our mobility procedures and key information to guide you through your application process:

 Important Documents & Information

 Application Documents Required

To complete your Erasmus+ application at OKÜ, please send the following documents:

  1. Completed Application Form

  2. Signed Learning Agreement

  3. Passport Copy

    • (Students who hold a Blue Card or Turkish ID card should also include copies of these documents.)

  4. Two (2) passport-size photos

All documents should be submitted by e-mail to: erasmus@osmaniye.edu.tr

After Your Application

Once we receive your complete set of documents, we will issue an Official Letter of Acceptance, which you will need to apply for a student visa at the nearest Turkish Embassy or Consulate in your home country.
Please note that obtaining a student visa is mandatory for university registration in Turkey.
