The Digital Transformation and Software Office of Osmaniye Korkut Ata University was established to develop the software solutions required by the university. During the software development process carried out by our office, the software development life cycle, agile methodologies, version control systems, and open-source technologies are utilized.
Our focus areas:
· Digitization of institutional processes: End-to-end digitalization of application, approval, reporting, and archiving workflows
· Integration and data governance: Consistent data models, authorization, access logs, and auditability
· Security and regulatory compliance: Compliance with KVKK, information security policies, and secure software development practices
· User experience and accessibility: Modern interfaces, multi-device compatibility, and accessibility principles
· Sustainable operations: Performance monitoring, capacity planning, incident/complaint management, and life-cycle maintenance
