6th International ON-LINE Course on Postharvest Fresh-Cut Technologies

Would you like to improve your knowledge ONLINE in postharvest handling, fresh-cut processing, storage and transportation of fruits and vegetables?

The 6th Edition of the International ON-LINE Course on Postharvest & Fresh-Cut Technologies will begin in one week with updated materials, videos and new instructors. This course is offered by the Postharvest and Refrigeration Group of the Universidad Politecnica de Cartagena (UPCT, Spain). The official language is English. Enrolments are open and you will be able to complete it at your convenience up to November 2021. The Course consists of 52 recorded videos of aprox 30 min each, with a total Course duration of 25 h. This unique course worldwide gathers 43 instructors from 23 Countries & 33 Universities/Research Centres/Foundations. Have a look to the Program and check the ‘making of’ and a Course sample. The videos will be on-line available 24h/7d on the e-platform and can be watched at the participant’s convenience.  Periodical group tutoring will be conducted with instructors and participants.
